I think Im missing somethig here. With my current kit I just fill the vial to the marked lin then add the drops as instructed then compare to the pink on the chart. It goes from 1-5. For the CC test I add 5 more drops of a different solution then compare to the previous color. Im missing the part about .02 and .05 for multiplying. There is no multiplying in my kit - ist just compare the color after CC drops are added.

You are using the Taylor K-2005 which is a DPD test. the others were talking about the K-2006 which is an FAS-DPD titration test. With your kit if you see the color darken when you add reagent 3 you have CC. this kit really won't measure less than about 1 ppm CC so anything less will be subjective. If the color stays exactly the same then assume there is no CC, if it gets darker then you might want to shock.
