    If they like to swim the will like it.

    I don't have a salt water pool, but I do have friends who's pets like to swim in the ocean. The salt is much higher in the ocean than the pool will be, the pets are just fine.

    Unless you pet is a slug or snail.

    Our dachshund has had no ill effects from swimming in our SWG pool.
    Also she drinks out of it along with the cats and after a year no ill effects. And yes, they all have access to fresh water but seem to prefer the pool even with the salt.
