AFAIK you can't sync the pool and spa lights, if that's what you're talking about. I have the same lights (only one in the pool and one in the spa) and a Jandy One Touch Aqualink and the best that can be done is to "set" the lights to one specific color -- then they will all be the same. When they are cycling they are just cycling, and there is no amount of control that can work to keep them the same as the cycle motor itself just isn't that accurate.
I really don't like the cycling anyway, so it's no big deal for me (I usually just pick the color(s) I want and leave them that way).
