If you have a copper heat exchanger there could be problems. If you have a titanium heat exchanger or one of the coated ones it should be fine.

Sta-Rite said as long as the salt concentration doesn't exced 3500ppm I am OK to use my heater. I Was worried there for a bit. NOw I have to decide which generator to buy.
