    How long have you had the SWCG. If you are having to run at 95% the cell life might be going faster than you think.

    Take the number of days you have been running since installation and multiply by 9 and divide by 24. That should give you the total hours the cell has been in operation. If you can also check the DC volts and amps that the controller is generating, you might want to check with Jandy on that and the life expectancy of the cell.

    The CYA at 90 ppm could be a problem, and if you have to drain and refill, bring the CYA down to about 60 - 70 ppm.

    The TH (I presume you mean CH) is towards the high side, but if you drain and refill, this should come back to normal.
