has 2546 Sq' Surface area...

I am looking to heat this pool...
List of Pool heaters.. was wondering if i could get some user testimonials or an Expert opinion on any of these?
we have gotten Bids with Hayward and Raypak, Raypak being the more pricy...
I know nothing about heaters and neither does my boss and this pool MUST be heated..
i just want to get a good heater that will last(if taken care of and installed properly)
