I have a 12x24 ig vinyl pool. approx 10,000 gallons. My PH is about 7.8-8.0.
How much acid should I add to bring the PH down to an acceptable level?
Thanks

Do you have the bleach calc?
If not, do a search for bleach calc, a most excellent program that is a valuable tool written by Michael Smith, a member here.
With it you can easily calculate what you are asking, as well as a host of others that are equally valuable.
I do have the bleach calc. I did not even check to see if it did the muriatic acid calculations. I will when I get home from work.
Thanks
You're Welcome
It does lots of other stuff.

To tide you over it's 8 oz for every .2 PH drop for 10,000 gallons of water.
