    Default Chlorine loss

    what's an average daily chlorine loss?
    I'm losing 2-3ppm daily.
    Is this normal?
    the pool is in full sun and we are having extremely high temps here in So Cal right now (triple digits today)

    When my CYA was 30, I know I was losing 2 ppm a day since I was putting in 2 ppm/day and the CL was staying at 2 ppm. I just upped my CYA so I'll have to see how it goes.
