Your story gives good reason to take BEFORE photos of your yard and the neighbors yard...on both sides. I work in the dental field and is amazing how short folks memories of how things "used to look" good or bad.Thankfully we live on 5 acres and my neighbor has 10 acres... I fuss at her all the time for letting her leaves blow in my yard and she complains about our pine cones!!!
