I bought a Hayward S210 filter last Friday and installed it. When I turned it on it had a small leak on top of filter. From what I read it might be the O-ring on the shaft.
I emailed Hayward and the pool store about it, but got no reply.
Since it is a new filter I was wondering who is reponsuble to make it right?,,, Hayward or pool store?
And would they send me a new valve , which would be easier, since it took me all day to set up
