    Default Replacing Liner Track

Twenty years ago, my pool contractor used Stegmeier Clip-Loc 8CF2000, which required the use of what Stegmeier calls a Liner Track Insert (8CF900). This insert is what locks the liner into an overly large liner track. Well, after 20 years, the liner track inserts are brittle and need replacing, but Stegmeier discontinued this part, so I'm looking for options.

The Stegmeier folks suggested I cut out the existing liner track, and epoxy a normal track in it's place. That doesn't sound fun.

I have stumbled across side mounted liner track (like https://www.propools.com/product/lin...m--smt-8/53787), which seems promising.

Does anyone have other ideas for replacing liner tracks?
