Sorry.
I've given up trying to help people with pools outside the US: you can't get the equipment or chemicals we recommend, which tends to make our advice useless.
Good luck!
Hi All,
Recently had the chlorinator cell replaced with a brand new one as it stopped working. In the interim, the pool was shocked until the new cell was installed. The new cell was installed, and the pool started working again, albeit slightly off-colour.
I recently added super shock to kick it back into action, (approx 250g) for a 50,000L salt water pool. It's been 3 days now, the cell has ran for nearly 24 hours in total, and the pool is still milky cloudy.
What are the next best steps in returning the pool down again?
Testing shows the following on the strip:
PH 7.2
PPM Free Chlorine: 5
PPM Total Alk: 80
PPM Stabilizer: 0
Unsure as of next best steps in returning the pool to a normal level.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
