i've used the grocery store chemicals for several years with much luck!
but i don't remember seeing anything to be used for a chlorine stabilizer.
    what should i be using?

    Hi,

CYA (Cyanuric Acid) is stabilizer. One of the few things you need to get at the pool store! (or Lowe's/HD)
