Jandy pump noise, debris or bearing? Video attached

First of all thank you PoolDoc.

For someone in the future with the same issue:
I was able to figure it out, basically dissembled the rear ventilation fan (approx 6 screws) and voila dried old leaf was stuck to one of the fan blades. Heres the pic.

That's a heck of a sturdy leaf!
