Blue Diamond Pool Robot

Why won't my Blue Diamond robot climb my pool walls? I recently installed new brushes and cleaned the impella.

Did it work before?

The Amazon product reviews page suggests that quality control is a problem on those units, and that some work well and last several years, but that others do not, or even are broken from the factory. That's a pretty typical characteristic of Chinese made products -- quality control sucks and product support is even worse.

For example there are a LOT of happy Intex pool owners here, but about 10% of them arrive broken. Intex is better than most Chinese product companies, and eventually warrants such failures . . . but only in time for NEXT season!
