    Thanks for the quick reply,

    I cant seem to downsize the pics to post on this forum ,so I believe this link will get you there.
    I think the liner might have fallen off the bead,causing some how to give out.I was about 20 minutes away from taking off the cover when I noticed the pool was empty.

    That is sad to see. To put that much work into something and have that happen. Your idea is probably right. If the water starts getting in behind the liner that's what could happen.
