Default Raised walls on new pool not fully tiled.

Is it "standard" in the industry to only tile the front side of raised walls? After being given 3D drawings showing both sides of my raised walls with tile - my PB is now telling me that it is not standard to tile the back side of raised walls and that is not what I was sold.

"Standard" for things like that is local,, not national. You could try registering at one of the larger forums, like Trouble Free Pools, but your chances of getting a knowledgeable and reliable answer to a question like this is poor. The problem is that it IS likely that you WILL get answers, just not ones that are trustworthy local answers.

A better approach: ask your builder to show you a couple of other pools that were built that way. If he can't or won't . . . that's not proof, but it's good enough reason to be suspicious, investigate more, and explore your options for recourse.
