As far as the 'all over the net' thing, I guess that's OK. I wish I'd been able to make some money from it, mostly for my family's sake. But I do think the whole trajectory from PoolSolutions in 1996 to now is an interesting case study in how information can be disseminated, and how fixed opinions can be changed. I've even seen some recent articles in pool trade magazines about adjusting chlorine levels based on CYA levels!
As far as the sites go, I'm more and more inclined to push them toward updated, but mostly static, repositories of information. I *like* not answering the same question over and over.
I do wonder if there is a way to help people who won't -- or really can't -- read and get it themselves, short of the intensive hand holding WaterMom used to do graciously, and that I did sometimes grumpily.
