Default Tank/pump combo units for liquid bleach?

Would something like one of these work?

And would you pipe it into the pool pump's suction or return?

The problem with this is sitting bleach outside in the sun in a almost clear holding tank. Also, in the past I have heard that it needs to be a Peristaltic Pump but I am not familiar with differences, etc. I think it would be a good idea if you could find a way to keep a couple gallons of chlorine darkened/cool so it wouldn't break down.

Something I've toyed with is the idea of using pool water to cool stored bleach. By surrounding a bleach tank with flowing pool water, you could maintain your bleach at your water temperature. Jacketed tanks like this are used in other applications. Maybe made out of PVC? I don't even know how PVC handles high concentration of bleach......

Of course the more elaborate it becomes the closer and closer in cost you get to an SWG bought off ebay.

You could also just cover the thing with a black trash bag. My pump setup is around the side of the house, so a tarp works to keep the sun off everything. How sensitive is bleach to just ambient temperatures?

Not sure, I know the lower the concentration the slower it breaks down. I keep my bleach in the basement where day temps never exceed 65 degrees. To be honest, I think I would check that thing about as much as I add bleach anyway. Also, I think the flow needs adjusting with weather and bather load so you would probably be out there tinkering constantly. At least nice SWGs have sensors to help out.
