My pool company replaced my old Polaris with the new TR36P. Seemed to work fine at first moving around regularly but now mostly just sits in place because the backup valve thing which I assume is supposed to move it to a new location stays on way too long and doesn't even move the Polaris. It just sits in place while firing this valve. Actually it will stop and the Polaris will begin moving but for like 2 minutes at most. Then again sits in place for like an hour while the valve speed water and does nothing.

The manual doesn't appear to be much help.

I am extremely frustrated.
