    Did the timer ever work properly? If it did then you can probably take care of the fix. Switching out the timers is pretty easy. The intermatic timers you can find at any half decent electrical supply place. Can you test the voltages with a volt meter at the terminals to make sure your clock motor is getting current?

    Thanks - I didn't even think about testing it - shows that I really shouldn't even be poking around there, I guess. I had my son do it though ... my bad, it's working. = ) I didn't notice the teensy tiny little wheel that was going around way in the back. How embarassing!
