I'm about to add an above ground pool to a vacation rental property, where codes will not allow inground pools. The intex ultraframe looks like a viable option, especially with a deck around it, but I'm concerned about durability. I'm in Nashville, where I keep my personal inground pool "open" year round....

Any first hand experience with this product would be deeply appreciated!
