My pool and spa lights cannot be turned on your by either the inside controller or the outside control panel. I have a Jandy Aqualinks RS4. When I connect the two terminals at the bottom of the relays in the outside control unit the lights light. When I press the buttons for the appropriate aux units, it sounds like the relays are working, but the lights don't come on. In-service mode, with the button pushed for an aux unit and with the red light on, there is power to both of the screws on the top of the respective relay. When the aux button is turned off, with the red light off, there is power to the right hand (red wire terminal), but not to the left (black wire terminal). I am checking these to the ground bus. The lights stopped working about a week apart. The bulbs are good, as the lights come on when I connect the bottom two terminals on the relay. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
