Default Leak in newly installed liner

I have a leak, about 1" every 24 hrs. I had a similar leak in my old liner but not as prevalent.

Here are the steps I have gone through at least twice.
-Isolated ALL plumbing with PVC screw plugs, even the main drain with the Oatey screw-in pressure test plugs. Leaks the same with equipment running and/or isolated. (Gotta be liner, right?)
-Dye tested niche 4 times, stairs four times (found two small leaks, torque'd the screws til they stopped)
-Dye tested skimmers and returns (small leak in skimmer, torque'd the screws til it stopped)
-Completely removed the Hydrostatic valve and replaced with a teflon taped PVC plug.

I am reasonably confident that all gasket openings are water tight. I did not install the liner. I had a company install. They have returned multiple times only to find nothing.

I am at a loss on what to do next. The pool is 8-9 year old, solid conc floor and steel walled.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

You found leaks and the PB couldn't? Yikes. Sorry I can't help besides the old trick of letting the water level lower and until it stops leaking (as long as it doesn't get TOO low! That at least narrows your search. I am rooting for you!

Call a team with a Leak Trac, they will find most leaks in minutes. If there are liner leaks give their report to the liner fitters.

and have them cover the cost of finding the leak.
