If all goes as planned, I will soon close on a home with a neglected indoor pool.

I'm estimating that it's around 10,000 gallons. It appears to be a gunite surface in fair/poor condition. (per a hired pool inspector) It has a sand filter and a pump that leaks. The stainless ladder is corroded and the anchors are loose. The light doesn't work.

I've never had a pool before, so I'm trying to learn as much as I can as quickly as I can.
