HI, I have a new (5 months) Endless Pool. I have had some issues with keeping it clean and am looking for answers. When we first installed the pool, we were not able to use it for at least 2 months and trying to keep the pool chemistry good was a problem. We did have an algae growth problem due to not adding chlorine in a timely manner or in sufficient amounts. The pool is outside and now that the algae problem is completely controlled and the water appears very clear and beautiful. Turn on the current generator and small bits of stuff appear, everywhere. I have brushed behind the return ducts, capture the leaves and pine needles and seedpods from all of the plants around, and I can accept those, but these little white particles make swimming look like I'm in a snowstorm. I believe it is dead algae and will eventually get filtered out. Eventually is a long time and I would like it cleaner now. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to clear this up? The pool is a small one at 7 x 12 ft. (2000 gal.) One more thing, it has the Nature2 sanitizer set-up but I still need to add 1/8 cup of powered chlorine a day to keep the algae at bay.
