I have an concrete auto water leveler that has developed a leak the 1/2" PVC in between the tank that pool. The tank was installed touching the gunite shell of the pool. The leveler is covered by stained concrete decking that I would prefer not to jack hammer out. I believe the pvc pipe cracked due to deck pressure on the tank around where the PVC exits the tank and enters the gunite.

Does anyone know of a good way to repair the pipe without replacing?

My thoughts
1) some type of liquid pipe liner, have not been very successful google searching other than pipefuze.com at $895
2) glue in place or expansive pipe liner which I have not been able to find.
3) hole sawing or chisel out brass fitting on tank side to try to get access to the pipe and do traditional repair. Although there is not alot of room to work in there.
4) call a professional
