Default BleachCalc program won't run on Win10

Has anyone else reported that the "BleachCalc" program is not running on Win10 computer?
I haven't run the program since upgrading from Win 7 to Win10, and now when I try to run BleachCalc I get an error message "Unexpecrted Error". I download the program again, but it still won't run.

If BleachCalc is not compatible with win10, is there another program I can get?

I need something to calculate the correct amount of Baking Soda, Borax, etc., to add based on number of gallons of water in my pool and the current readings.

For example, my Alk reading is currently 50. I want to raise it to 80 for a 20K pool. How much baking Soda do I need to add?
