Default Old impeller has screw thru hole, new motor doesn't have internal screw hole thread?

New motor is on the left, old motor on the right. Impeller is in the middle, with its screw thru hole. Do I need to do anything special with the impeller since there's no way to screw it down into the CCW threads in the motor shaft?
