We just bought older home, saving pennies to get a pool. Neighbor just informed us that a previous owner had a pool and it was filled in! Shouldn't this have been disclosed?! Will this hinder our future pool? I see no signs of it. Would they have needed to pull a permit for removal? Any advice is appreciated.
