    Unhappy OMG-Need the experts-stains...

I will try to keep this short:
    1. I use BBB method, ten years no problem.
    2. My gas heater deteriorated and stained my pool.
    3. replaced my heater, and did the AA deal, followed by jack's magenta...perfect water..
    4. starter raising ph and chlorine...maybe too quickly...pool water turned greenish tint, stains back. add culator packs
    5. Repeated AA and sequetrant, all good...drained half my pool just to lower levels to make sure it didnt' happen again..
6 the sequestrant made the pool partly cloudy as usual...filter 24hrs 5 days, and changed my cartridges to boot
    7. started adding chlorine and water is turning greenish again..very minor algae, so had water checked
    8. no traces of copper or iron...everthing is balanced perfect....brought chlroine up to 3....and water is getting greener

    HELP!

You have been a member longer than I have owned a pool! Wow!

Maybe this will help your thought process? http://www.poolforum.com/pf2/showthr...opper-my-fault

BTW, how did you get results that said no copper/iron?
