Is the water depth 52", or is that the wall height? The water depth is all that matters and a 4" difference means it's 4' deep.
Volume of a cylinder is pi * r-squared * depth, where r is the radius (11'). So 11 squared * pi * 4 = 1520.53 cubic feet. There are 7.48 gallons in a cubic foot so there are 11374 gallons IF your pool is exactly 22' across and your water is EXACTLY 4' deep.

As FBU put it, 11.5K is close enough.

To find out how much FC is added by a quart of bleach the formula is:

(1,000,000/11,500) * .0825 * .25 = 1.79ppm of FC or 1.8

1,000,000 is because we measure in PPM--parts per million.
.0825 is the concentration of the bleach (8.25%)
.25 is the fraction of a gallon that is one quart.
