Hello, pool owner here. Just got a new pentair superflow vs.

Had professionals install it so I could claim my warranty. They didn't anchor the pump to the ground. Should a pool pump be anchored to the ground?

Also, my divi valve has a crack where one of the screws mounts to the valve body. Is it time for a new diversion valve?
