    Talking Success! Well, sort of

Had a yucky pool--green with tadpoles and maybe a dead squirrel. Bought bags of dichlor to raise cya, and also using the BBB method. Got out as many leaves, etc as a could before treating. TF100 test 2-3x day. Brushing every day and vacuum 3x week. Still cloudy, but I can tell I am making progress! No chemicals from pool store. Can see the bottom now. The only problem is that I don't have the patience for the filter to get out all the dead algae. I have a feeling that is going to take a while because I only have one filter. I have really learned a lot reading this forum.

Good luck to you! Patience is the hardest part sometimes... Brush and vacuum to get that dead stuff out!
