two questions

1)Have received a new replacement liner from Intex for our 52" pool and after releveling the surface with additional material and building a retaining wall we finally got to setting up the pool last night, The sleeves for the legs are they suppose to be inside or outside the midlevel ring? Some were in some were out I installed them all with the sleeves on the outside of the ring...was this right?

2) all my legs appear to be toed in at the bottom and the restraining appears pretty tight that I cannot see me having enough play to make each leg level vertically. Is it possible the rope is short from the factory or am I missing something? I need help pretty quick as I am at a standstill until I get this figured ot
