I have a replacement liner direct from Intex replacing a defective liner from last year. After releveling adding material and a retaining wall. We put up the pool last night and I have two questions 1) do the legs go inside or outside the ring. I know they go into the sleeves but some were inside but most were outside so I put them all outside the midlevel ring 2) IS IT POSSIBLE that my restraining rope is to short/tight from the "factory" because I do not see how I am going to get the legs level vertically as they all seemed to be toed in at the bottom and the rope is stretched pretty tight and I haven't even begun to level them vertically. PLEASE HELP quickly as I am stuck going any further until I figure this out
