I've had a Hayward Tigershark cleaner now for about 7-8 years. The cleaner has started only working on "QuickClean" function, when I press the button for full clean I get nothing. The cleaner never worked quite right anyway, it was supposed to not move for a few minutes while it analized my pool before cleaning the fist time. It immediately began aimlessly running around cleaning 1/2 the pool at a time and been doing that every since. I was told by my pool store employee that the Hayward rep would come out and reprogram it to not do that but I never took a day off and scheduled the rep so I chalk that up to my fault. Anybody had issues with the "full clean button"? If I need new control box then with my problems with the unit itself at that point I may as well replace entire cleaner.
