Looking into having a pool built. We live in the Bay Area. Looking for a rectangular shaped pool (37 x 18 ft) with in pool spa. Got a quote for $100k but thought it was a bit much, can someone correct me if I'm wrong. This includes travertine coping and a stamped concrete decking. Also includes an automatic cover.
