Hi All,
This is my first post and my first summer as a pool owner. We had a 16X32 inground vinyl liner (3 foot shallow to 8 foot deep end) lagoon shaped pool installed over the winter. (Finished the week of Christmas...talk about an awesome Christmas gift!)
It has a 2 speed pump with a chlorinator (we just drop tablets in and adjust a dial). My pool guy said he did the plumbing and all that needed to be done for an automatic cleaner.
My question is, what exactly does this mean? I have vacuumed the salamanders and worms (we've had tons of rain here in Middle Tennessee) almost daily. Plus dirt and other small debris. I don't so much mind vacuuming, but I don't really have time to do it every single day. I see robotic cleaners that require an electrical plug. Is this what I need? I have what looks like a jet in my pool (but no water comes out of it). Is this where an auto cleaner would be hooked up? Would I also have to plug the cleaner into an electrical outlet?
Sorry if these are dumb questions. I'm a newbie.
Thanks for any help.
