I pressure washed my pool over the summer last year. It took all summer - taking the old flaking epoxy coating down to concrete. I then acid washed and cleaned with TSP before starting to paint on the primer for a new epoxy coat.
Then fall hit - leaves started to fall and I had to stop with 2/3 of the bottom unprimed (walls and part of bottom were primed). I partially filled and covered the pool for winter (Northern Virginia).

Now it is spring and I have just uncovered and emptied the pool. I washed down the sides and bottom from winter residue (a little dirt and algae).

My question: Do I need to Acid Wash again before continuing to paint the primer and then the epoxy? or can I just clean with TSP and pick up where I left off?

Thanks.
