Hello! We bought a foreclosure with a 27' above ground pool. We were anxious to start using the pool, and found the previous owner (bank) did not winterize the pool. The filter busted and sand is everywhere. We had a friend come by and tell us we needed to purchase an entire new system. My question is, what would be the best place to get th entire system, pump and filter? Also, the house was vacant for over 2 years. Frogs have taken over. We were told not to empty it completely so the liner doesn't mess up. Is this true as well? I am asking for major advice and pretty much, "how to" do everything.
