We have in indoor inground pool. Recently I noticed we have an area under our liner along the edge that feels squishy like there is water under it. I am afraid to step there thinking the liner may break. Can anyone tell me what is happening? Is there a fix to this or do I have to drain the pool? I do have one patch in the liner but I think it is holding.
