    Default Vacuum problem!!!

I just recently purchased a house w/ a pool and got a Barracuda G3 and it keeps geeting stuck on itself where the cleaner attaches to the dedicated vacuum port

Also, traffic falls off heavily on our forum after Labor Day, even more so after Oct 1, and by the end of October there isn't much as most of the country has closed or stopped using their pools for the season.

I guess you do! My vet (who does doggy water therapy) tells me dogs are on average 30x dirtier than humans, which means you have to work harder to keep your pool sanitary.
I have only used similar suction cleaners a couple of times and not for many years. Didn't care for their performance, personally. So unless one of our support team is familiar with that unit or a similar one, I cannot help you. I did have a Polaris 165 (Actually, still do) that did similar things but it was due to a clogged port in the randomizing mechanism. I ended up going to a full robotic--first a Dolphin Dynamic, now a Blue Diamond, which is awesome.
