    Again, no insult or disrespect was intended but my apology once more since it was received that way.

    Perhaps, if you feel it's appropriate and if it's not too much trouble, you can simply delete all the posts of mine (including this one) that have derailed this thread. I'm specifically thinking of #44, 46 & 48 but any older ones as well. They are of no use to the thread or the original posters question and only clutter up the conversation.
