Default Pool evaporation during winter months in Florida

I am not a full time resident of Florida yet. My pool water evaporates in the winter months to really low levels. Is there a way that I can fill up the pool automatically while I am not there or any other solutions? Temperatures have gotten down to 32 degrees for a couple of nights last year along with mid thirties, which is when I was there and the water evaporated quickly. I have a pool maintenance company but they only come once a week and can't watch the pool 24/7.

Sounds like it's leaking, more than evaporating.

There are pretty standard auto-fill devices. They hang over the edge of the pool and when the water is high enough, they cut off. Actually, they look like the same mechanism that is inside a commode's cistern tank--an adjustable float that cuts off a shutoff valve.
