How raise ALK and keep pH in range

Having trouble raising TA and still keeping pH in range. I have a 29000 gal concrete pool, DE filter, and 2 months old in the Phildelphia region. I last shocked 4 days ago with Ca Hypo (trying to get Ca in range). Water is crystal clear. Results:
pH=7.8
TA=110
Ca=220
Cl free=1.0/1.1 total
CYA=28

I added 10 lbs of baking soda 4 days ago to correct a low TA (it was 70ppm with a pH of 7.5). Every day since I have had to add 22floz of muratic acid to keep pH less than 7.8. Today pH shot up to 7.8, so I added 30floz of acid. I have been diluting the acid in a 5 gal bucket and spreading the contents evenly around the pool sides in the deep end. I use TRI pills for maintaining Cl at low ppm level since I have a Nature 2 system

Am I doing something wrong? or should I just let things settle? I do not understand why pH keeps rising everyday. Aprreciate the help as I am a new pool owner. Pool was first filled in late April.
