Hi, first thing is to get some bleach in the pool, a gal of 6% should do for now. You are going to need to put a lot of bleach in to 'burn off' the cc, find any post by mwsmith2 and download the bleach calculator found in his sig. Take a look at the 'Ben's best guess" sticky at the top of the 'Using chlorine' section, to see what the 'shock' level is for your cya. If the water is clear, you shouldn't have to do multiple dosings to correct the problem. This looks like a small hiccup but not a major problem. However, get some FC in there STAT.
