Nope, no luck for me Big Dave.
It`s clear silicone caulking.
I don`t see anything on the union between pump and filter housing--so fingers crossed.
I wouldn`t pull the impeller, change the seal myself. I just don`t have the tools and equipment needed.
As I recall, even when I had the right pullers it was still a "touchy" little job.
I would pull the pump and take it somewhere that deals with pump motors if I really have to do it.
