    Default Wrinkles in liner

The floor of our liner is becoming increasingly wrinkled. We had The Perfect Pool Bottom installed before the liner was dropped in, along with the foamy 'cove' pieces. Installation was two years ago. There were NO wrinkles that first summer. Is something wrong? Will this decrease the life of the liner?
Just moved in so I'm not exactly sure on manufacturers or specs; best guess: 24' x 48" AGP, sand filter with 3/4HP pump, Taylor K-2006

It's merely ugly. If the liner hasn't pulled out of its track, there are no holes, and it's still tight to the wall and bottom you are OK. My pool makes a Shar-Pei look smooth! The guys who did it didn't know what they were doing and you can see their footprints and everything a dozen years later.
