Having multiple problems with Polaris 935

Can you be a LITTLE more specific as to what problems you are having?

It climbs the walls when on the option of 'Floor only' as opposed to 'Floor and wall' also cord tangles easily and lastly and more important it is sucking the plaster of my pool!

Have you called Polaris and explained to them the problems you are having to see if they can advise you?
